- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt-free seasoning like Ms. Dash or garlic herb blend
- 8 bacon strips cooked and chopped
- 3 –4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 4-5 cups broccoli florets fresh, bite-sized pieces
Season & bake chicken
Add cubed chicken to a 9x13 baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and toss with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoning blend.
Spread evenly and bake for 15 minutes.
Drain excess liquid (important step)
Assemble the casserole
Add minced garlic, broccoli, ranch dressing, half of each cheese. Stir everything together until evenly coated.
