- 3 large Idaho potatoes scrubbed clean
- 2 –3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Wash and scrub the potatoes. Slice into rounds approximately ¼ inch thick.
Use pumpkin- and leaf-shaped cookie cutters to cut shapes from the potato slices. Save scraps to cook separately.
Place the potato shapes in a bowl of cold water and soak for five minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Drain the potatoes and pat completely dry with a clean towel or paper towels.
Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if needed.
Air fry at 400°F for approximately 10–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and tender. Check early and adjust the time according to thickness and your air fryer.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Oven option: Bake at 425°F for approximately 20–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
