  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup or to taste (lower this amount or completely omit if using protein powder that is sweet)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup chia seeds

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped

Instructions

Mix the base:

  • In a large bowl or container, whisk together the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and protein powder (if using) until smooth.

Add dry ingredients:

  • Stir in the oats and chia seeds, mixing well so everything is evenly combined.

Fold in strawberries:

  • Stir in the chopped strawberries.
