- 1 cup heavy cream
- 5 cups whole milk
- 1/8 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon salt I used Maldon finishing salt
In a slow cooker, add the heavy cream, whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, semi-sweet chocolate, and salt.
Whisk until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours, or HIGH for 1–2 hours if short on time.
Stir occasionally, making sure to scrape the sides of the crockpot so the chocolate melts evenly.
Once smooth and fully heated, stir well and serve warm.
