Ingredients

  • 1 package 5.3 oz Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios roasted and salted kind works best here
  • Honey regular or spicy, to taste (optional but adds a great flavor)

For serving:

  • Crackers or dippers

Instructions

  • Spread the Boursin cheese into a serving bowl or a platter.
  • Spoon the cranberry sauce over the cheese.
  • Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and drizzle with honey.
  • You can chop your pistachios with a knife or add them to a ziploc and slightly crush with meat tenderizer
  • Serve with crackers or dippers of choice.

Notes

  • This recipe is very flexible: feel free to substitute cranberry jam with fig or any other jam you like
