Christmas Morning Flower Mimosa Ice Cubes

Equipment

  • Silicone mold for ice cubes

Ingredients

  • 2 large oranges
  • Ice cube tray silicone one works best
  • Orange juice
  • Champagne or sparkling juice
  • Optional: fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  • Cut an orange in half, lay it flat side down, then slice it into semi-circles.
  • Place 3 slices into each ice cube mold, positioning them like a rose.
  • Fill each cube tray with orange juice, leaving parts of the orange slices exposed.
  • Freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight.
  • Pour your favorite champagne or sparkling juice over the ice.
  • Optional: garnish each drink with a rosemary sprig.
