Ingredients
2cupsgluten-free rolled or quick oats
1/3cupchia seeds
3tablespoonspure maple syrup
1/2cuppumpkin puree
1/3cupgreek yogurt
1/8cupalmond or peanut buttercreamy (microwave it for a little bit if needed to make sure it can get mixed up well)
1/2teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1tablespoonpumpkin pie spice
2 1/2cupsmilk of choice
1scoops vanilla protein powderoptional and if you use sweet protein powder, decrease the amount of maple syrup by 50%
Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well until fully combined.
Either distribute the mixture into the individual containers (I use 8 oz glass jars and divide this amount among 5 of those) or just cover with an airtight cover and then use as needed.
