Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups gluten-free rolled or quick oats
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/8 cup almond or peanut butter creamy (microwave it for a little bit if needed to make sure it can get mixed up well)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 1/2 cups milk of choice
  • 1 scoops vanilla protein powder optional and if you use sweet protein powder, decrease the amount of maple syrup by 50%
