Easy Smash Gyros
These easy Smash Gyros made on your Blackstone griddle or cast iron are loaded with flavor and crispy goodness! They are super versatile and can be topped with lettuce, tzatziki, feta, cucumbers, tomatoes, hummus, onions, olives, or whatever your heart desires. They come together in under 20 minutes, which makes it such an easy weeknight dinner option!

How to make Smash Gyros
- For the gyros, combine the ground meat, onion, garlic, parsley, and seasonings until fully combined. Roll into 6 balls.
- Spread the meat over the tortillas.
- Heat a flat top grill or cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Place the meat on the hot surface and smash the gyro down to make sure it sears well. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the meat is crispy and cooked through. Flip over for about 1 minute, then serve with your toppings!

The flavor was very good. Leftovers were also good. It took me longer to make but that is because it was my first time making it and I didn’t use a Blackstone/griddle.
